A Trial Lawyer With A Reputation For Positive Results
Protecting the Law For over 35 years

David LaCross graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1983, and after a stint in the Navy he went through the apprenticeship program at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. While going through the apprenticeship David obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Evergreen State College and a law degree from the University of Puget Sound (now called Seattle University Law School).
After law school, David moved to Michigan where he opened a law practice and worked closely with one of Michigan’s best trial attorneys. Soon after the birth of his daughter, Chloe, David returned to his home town to raise his family.
David is a Navy Veteran and an avid motorcyclist. This gives him a unique understanding into the needs of Military personnel for criminal and traffic cases and a unique point of view for personal injury cases where a motorcycle is involved.
Since 2001, David has operated a successful law practice in Port Orchard, Washington representing clients from all over the state in criminal and personal injury cases.
In addition to extensive courtroom experience, David is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College.
